Summary: The room was fine. It was clean. The bedding was comfortable. Just rather expensive for the quality. The bathroom was not in great condition, old fixtures, tile, paint, shower curtain. The shower curtain bar was bent down so the curtain didn't stay where placed. The continental breakfast items were not of great quality. Weird yogurt. Hard boiled eggs were in a bowl with a bunch of water at the bottom and some were very poorly peeled. Mushy red delicious apples. Not a lot of selection. The pool looked great, but it opens at checkout time (11am - 11pm), so could not be used in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: The only issue was that the coffee/tea items in the room were opened. There were no cups to use. Other than that, the stay was great.

Summary: Check-in is smooth, front desk person is welcoming, rooms are good, 20 min drive to falls, breakfast options are very limited - bread and pancakes. Pool is well maintained. Ample parking space. Dollar general is a mile away

Summary: The check-in process was extremely easy. The person at the front desk was very friendly and just let me know that there would be somebody there 24 hours. There was a problem getting into my room when we came back and she explained what happened the keys got too close to a phone so it just wiped them. When we had breakfast, there were two people there cleaning and making sure it was full plus then both of the managers were there to assist when needed.

Summary: The elevator was not functioning on morning of check out. Although working, the toilet flush lever was 80% disconnected from tank & fully wiggling out of place.
